What’s Included in Your 7-Day Practice

Each night of the 7-day practice is structured around three core pillars: Mindset, Meditation, and Movement.

These elements work together to help you calm your mind, release stress, and connect with yourself on a deeper level.

Here’s what you can expect:

MINDSET

 

Each night introduces a new theme that encourages you to focus on cultivating a more positive mindset, building self-love, and releasing negativity. These themes guide your mind and emotions towards greater self-compassion and appreciation.

You’ll also receive guided journal prompts aligned with each theme, offering a space for you to reflect and express yourself. The prompts are designed to help you go deeper into your thoughts, discover areas where you can practice more self-love, and release any emotional burdens. 

By the end of each practice, you’ll feel lighter and more connected to your inner self, reinforcing the belief that you are worthy, strong, and enough.

 

MEDITATION

 

Meditation is a gift you give yourself—a moment to be still and embrace the present. In this practice, we understand that it’s easy for your mind to wander, especially when you’re new to meditation. That’s why each night includes a mantra that is simple, powerful, and designed to help you focus on your inner strength, worth, and beauty.

These mantras will keep your mind grounded and help you remain present, reinforcing feelings of love for yourself and appreciation for your body.

The meditation practice will allow you to breathe deeply, calm your thoughts, and embrace a sense of inner peace. You’ll finish each session feeling refreshed and confident in the love you hold for yourself.

MOVEMENT

 

Movement is one of the most beautiful ways to honour and love your body, no matter your shape or size. The nightly yoga sessions are designed to be gentle, calming, and accessible to every body. There’s no pressure to push yourself, just an invitation to move with love and gratitude for the body you’re in.

Yoga is about tuning in to what your body needs, appreciating its strength and flexibility, and connecting movement with breath. As you gently stretch and flow through each yoga pose, you’ll release the tension that builds up throughout the day and create space for relaxation and self-love.
