Gathering with our community on Facebook for a live 21 minutes to ignite your day. We share a simple morning ritual that helps with focus and clarity, designed for everyone in every body type. I promise you it's beginner-friendly, and the yoga is gentle. Join us for 7 minutes of light yoga, 7 minutes of meditation, and 7 minutes of flowetry (like journaling). Everyone is welcome!

Emma's 21 minutes morning transformation was incredible. Spending each morning dedicated to myself doing yoga, meditation and journaling was so calming. Emma's book has been a blessing with journal prompts to help motivate and encourage me to devote time to my self-care. I feel clearer in my mind and certainly more energetic by doing the morning routine. Consistency committing to 21 minutes, five days straight took a lot of discipline but with Emma's encouragement by day 5 it became an automatic habit, not needing to even need to set an alarm to wake up.
